Stitch Fix Review – June 2014

Affiliate Links
So, I got a Stitch Fix delivered at the end of last month. I ended up with a $20 credit from Klout, and I figured why not give it another go. I first heard of Stitch Fix through PopSugar Must Have many months ago, and got a free credit to try it. My first fix arrived in November, and while I liked the idea of some of the items, I only kept one. I loved the top I kept, but it shrunk like crazy after washing it once in the cold cycle… so needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect this time around.

Anyways, I took some outfit photos for you. I apologize that the location is pretty lame, but I have yet to get a tripod so yay, you get to look at the ugly corner of our living room with a dog toy that I didn’t spot. Oops. ;)

My First StitchFix // November Subscription Box Review

Stitch Fix Box
Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links, but my opinions are my own, and I paid for this box.

After receiving a gift code to Stitch Fix in my PopSugar Must Have Box, I figured I might as well try the service out! So that’s just what I did and put the code to use towards my first Stitch Fix box. I scheduled that for the beginning of this month, and it arrived right on time.

It’s a super fun concept for those that love new clothes but don’t always love dealing with the crowds at the mall. Basically, you allow one of their stylists to pick out 5 items to send to you for a $20 styling fee.

You then get to try those items on in the comfort of your own home, decide what you like (or don’t like), re-package it up, and mail it back. Then, with the items you decide to keep, you check out online and receive $20 of the styling fee that you pay when scheduling towards your purchase. If you keep nothing, the experience costs your styling fee ($20).

You can sign up for Stitch Fix on a monthly, or on an needs basis. There’s nothing to cancel if you don’t like it, which is great!
