Well, it’s officially music festival season! Looking outside and seeing raindrops on the sidewalks and windows doesn’t make it feel very much like it here in Seattle, but I’ll just pretend I’m in the California sun. ;) While I’ve never been to Coachella, I have definitely embraced some of the festival vibes of our local music scene. From Folklife to Sasquatch and Hempfest, Seattle and Eastern Washington has a music scene and lifestyle all it’s own. And fashion is most definitely an integral part of it, which is why you always need to have some good festival outfit ideas up your sleeve!

I think jumpsuits are the perfect piece to wear dressy or casually. Pick one up in black, and you instantly have a piece that can be worn in so many ways. To me, black is one of the most versatile colors in my closet and goes with almost everything. In fact, I have so many black jumpsuit outfit ideas, I think I’ll just have to post some of my favorite ideas soon! I have a feeling this rainy spring weather is the reason why Seattle gets a bad rap for how we dress. When it’s drizzly, we often opt for hoods over umbrellas and let’s be honest; hooded coats often aren’t the most stylish. Regardless, I don’t think rainy weather should be any excuse for dressing sloppily. I mean, have you seen rain boots these days?! With so many cute patterns, prints, and colors to choose from, rainy day outfits can most definitely still be stylish.

Spring has officially sprung, and for me that means it’s time to take a look in both my wardrobe and beauty routine and make a few changes. One thing that hasn’t changed, however, is the need for proper skin care routine! As a dry skin girl, this is something that is incredibly important for me, and falling off the wagon of properly moisturizing and exfoliating my skin can be a critical error. After all, who doesn’t want their skin to look silky smooth in a new spring dress?!
