Rigby Reviews I and Love and You

If you like cute pictures of Rigby, well, this is your post. Rigby’s hanging out on the blog today to tell you all about his experiences with I and love and you raw dog food, in his own words. Take it away, little man!

Arroooo mommy’s blog humans! I’m back to tell you about this funky fresh food that mom’s been feeding me lately. I say funky, because mom has to do all this weird stuff in the sink with it before she gives it to me. I don’t understand why I can’t just eat it straight out of the bag, but I digress. I am just a dog. A really cute one, apparently. Humom tells me all the time that someone said I was cute on Twitter or Instagram. Thanks blog humans, I’m sure you’re cute too!

Anyways, humom is telling me I need to get to the point and tell you about the food she’s been feeding me. All I know is that it tastes good, doesn’t give me the toots, and overall I feel like a brand new dog. And oh my dog, the taste of the food is exceptional! I think the angels sing when mom finally sets down the bowl and tells me “okay!” She also has been on her A-game lately, because I’ve also been able to sample the I and love and you Free Ranger Bully Stix and the Nothin’ but Chicken Bites. Holy yum, dogman, it’s delicious!

My not-so-furry friend’s name is Ebba. She’s an 8-year-old Weimaraner. She’s energetic like an ADHD kid. She loves carrots, swimming and forest discovering.

I love that when your dog writes he says things like “but I digress.” :) My blog is also named after my fur-babies, 2 cats & chloe! Chloe is a blonde border collie… she’s cute – but dare I say Rigby would give her a run for her money!

Oh yes, Rigby is quite refined. He may or may not have learned it from his mama. ;) Chloe is super cute too and looks like such a sweetheart.

I have a precious little Maltese named Albie. I named him after Professor Dumbledore from the HP series. His full name is Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore Ray. He can be sort of a spaz sometimes but he is the sweetest little guy and he brings me so much joy!

We don’t own a pet, but I love to love on my family’s dog (a teeny tiny Yorkie named Lucy) and my MIL’s cats, Socks and Nox (Nox did used to be ours, but through different circumstances we couldn’t keep him).

We got a new puppy early August. We’re still adjusting to interrupted sleep. But, she’s indicating the need to go outside. She has grown from 4 lbs to over 15 already. It’s amazing to see the changes.

My girl is Dolly Dog. She is beautiful a blonde sweetheart, that we got from the pound 6 years ago. She had been taken, and returned to the pound before. I have no idea why, except maybe that she was meant for us! She fit perfectly into our family. She is smart, and calm and full of love, and fun!

I have a husky named Ginger and she is the love of my life, though I never expected her to be. My husband fought long and hard to get me to agree to adopt her. I was very reluctant about having a dog, but I fell in love so fast. She has been part of our family for four years now, and I couldn’t imagine it being any other way.

My dog Angel is my everything. I got her at a terrible time in my life. She really chose me. She is so loving. She makes me laugh with her antics. She gives me hugs when I am sad. She cries when I cry and laughs when I am happy. She is my sunshine. My best friend. I thank God for her every day.

I have 5 cats who are all so very different. Sasha, the Scared, is afraid of everything. I have seen her growl at her own foot while scratching her ear. Callie, the Mamma, keeps all the other cats in check. If any of the other cats are fighting, she makes sure it stays playful. Noire, the Handsome, is a gorgeous black cat who loves to get Sasha upset. Winnie, the Stud, does not live up to his name. He is everywhere and into everything. He is a mess and a handful, but so lovable. Taz, the Sweet, is best friends with Winnie. I awaken most mornings to find him curled up on top of me and purring.

I have a 13 year old Black Lab named Dravyn who is my 9 year old daughters best friend (and mine- we share her love and best friend status LOL). They have been inseparable since we rescued her when my daughter was 18 months old! It is such a wonderful friendship, and a very important one, as all dog lovers know.

My 4 legged dog child is Mulligan. He is 15 years old and has a hard time getting around, but he is still very smart. Until we adopted him I never understood how a person could love a dog. I think I loved him from the start. I know we do not have much longer with him, but he has been a blessing to us.

I have two dogs! A giant 110 pound chocolate lab named Mocha and his daughter Zim:) They are the best furry friends I could ask for! Their favorite thing to do is go on rides in my car to the coffee stand (the baristas love them and give them treats.) The only issue is that they both want to sit in my lap with their heads out the window. I love ’em<3

My furry friend is named, Rex! He is a border collie. I didn’t pick him though, he picked me. He was a stray and we lived in the middle of nowhere so it wasnt an accident. He is the most loyal dog. I had to let him stay with my grandma temporarily for a few months when I was living in an apartment that didnt allow dogs and when I go visit he would put his toys by the door cause he thought he was coming home with me. I bawled every time lol. He back with me and gets nervous when we go visit grandma if I get to close to the door he’s right under my feet.!

I have a nearly 10 year old Pomeranian named Sarah. She was used as “breeding stock” at a puppy mill, and was rescued when she was just a little over 5 years old. I adopted her about a month after her rescue, and what a journey we’ve been on. This poor little girl had no social skills, and was terrified of absolutely everything. Sarah had surgery on both of her knees a few months ago to correct the bilateral luxating patella that she was born with. Despite it all, I absolutely adore her, and do everything in my power to make up for those years of abuse, neglect and terror.

We have two loveable fur babies. Marley is a Yellow Lab/Pit Mix and Colby is a Corgi/Shepherd Mix. They were both rescued as puppies and are both spoiled rotten.
Even though both are large dogs they are gentle giants and will lick you to death.

I have 3 beautiful furry friends in my life. Chester is a Siamese cat that is 15 years old. Jake is a Great Dane/German Shepherd that is 7 years old. Sam is a King Charles Cavalier Charles Spaniel that is 7 years old. I also feed 11 feral cats that stay at my house. I am getting the females spayed as I am able to catch them–not easy.

Every animal that shares my home has a sad story leading up to them finding their forever home here with me. The one that is the closest to me is my lil doggie. He weighs 10 whole pounds. I have never been a little dog liker. I thought they were all cute but always had a mid size or large dog. Well this little guy stole my heart from the 1st moment I laid eyes on him. Some jerk threw him out of a car rolling along about 40 MPH. He rolled to the side of the street where my daughter happened to be. He was so shook up he would not come to her but he hung around her apartment. Finally after 2 days of freezing outside he was coaxed indoors where he took up with her. Having 3 kids of her own she could not handle a little dog needing constant attention. So he came to live here 2 years ago. He is a sweet little beggar. A constant companion who has come SO FAR. He used to HATE car rides now he hears the keys jingle he is bouncing his nose off the door knob ready to go! Terrible separation anxiety is his only flaw. Cries the entire time I am @ the grocery. To think I kinda made fun of girls who dressed their lil doggies up. Now I am one of THOSE chicks! Too funny! I have just as many pics in my phone of my lil Doobie dog as I have of my Grandchildren!

Hi I just came across your blog and I have to say, your Shiba is adorable! Mine (his name is Karl) just turned one a few days ago, and I always ask Shiba owners if their dogs make a huge ruckus when you come home? Karl looses his freakin’ mind when we come inside the house, he grabs a toy and runs around making his “shiba noises”. Does/did Rigby ever do this?

Aw, thank you! Haha, yes he does, though I will say his greeting varies by who is returning home, and it can vary in volume at his own whim. Some days we get howls, some days it’s grunting, sometimes it’s just airplane ears and lots of butt wiggles. ;)
